Abstract

It is revealed that the result of the desired objective assessment as to the level of educational achievements at the milestones (socially significant for the individual) stages (State final examination and independent external assessment) is in some way distorted by psychological factors, and at intermediate ones by imperfection of tests. The use of "short tests" are essential (often containing no more than 10 test tasks), since they "shift" the performance of the test (increase test scores) by about 30%.
