Abstract

The publication offers scientifically substantiated recommendations for improving the methodological, organizational and procedural bases for the implementation of monitoring systems for assessing the quality of general secondary education on the basis of test technologies in Ukraine, taking into account the specificity of objects and subjects of assessment, resource provision of systems of different levels of organization of educational activity: institutional, regional, national. The methodological guidelines are aimed at improving the quality of training of employees of general secondary education institutions and educational management institutions in the field of pedagogical assessment, testing and monitoring of the quality of education. It can be used in the educational process at different qualification levels in the specialty 8.18010022 "Educational measurements", in the system of professional development of pedagogical personnel, as well, and in the process of organizing pedagogical measurements in institutions of general secondary education.
