Abstract

The necessity of changing the organizational forms for conducting the state final certification of basic education graduates (basic school or gymnasium in Ukraine), as well as ways to use the results is substantiated. Based on the analysis of OECD research results in different countries of Europe and the world, the presence of certain tendencies in changing traditional ideas and the practice of conducting the final test of basic education graduates is revealed.
