Abstract
Experimental study of conditions and laws of inheritance of mentality and separate functions, give to the author of the basis for the answer not only on the questions, put before experiment, on an opportunity of inheritance by the man of mentality, but also specify the proved ways of formation of the new psychological and pedagogical approaches to training and education of children.
