Abstract

In the article it is proved that the mission of museums, which consists in building knowledge, moral, spiritual mannerliness, society citizenship together with the creation of the State, is particularly important. Their absence, lack demand, lack use in defined socio-cultural setting impoverish its educational, cognitive, creative potential greatly. It is defined that a priority-based approach of the State cultural, scientific-educational policy should be the effective use of museum sciences for a public good. It is necessary actively introduce in education the museum pedagogics for the improvement of the educational process overcoming the existing negative practice of cultural environment’s detachment from educational institutions. The museum pedagogics should draw on socially significant values which determine the State and the Ukrainian people pace. It becomes a reality when a person has the participative status of the museum communication and an employed person coming in contact with individual can’t help being the cultural instructors and pedagogue and psychologist at the same time as he starts activity in the complex social communication model – «man-man». It was found that the museum pedagogics is regaining prominence in society socialization increasing educational potential of the museology and the educational field as well asserting itself as interdisciplinary branches of science. For improving training, educational activity the museum pedagogics requires departments and research laboratories, museum-pedagogical and scientific centers which will promote the use of innovative pedagogical technologies with the involvement of museum collections and substantiate the national and foreign experience of the cultural museum heritage usage for the nation upbringing.
