Abstract

The manual theoretical, methodological and innovative principles of geronto-psychological education as a constituent of psychological accompaniment of elderly personality’s life, special facilities to optimize its vital functions. We could distinguish among them the scientifically reasonable geronto- psychological education in following forms: special basic developing lecture, training of optimism and vital functions optimization for adults, curriculum of spiritual and geronto-psychological education, that aims to improve their health and increase a life-span. The manual is for psychologists and teachers, students, listeners of the adult education system, and to everyone, who wishes to live long, harmoniously, keeping a health and productivity.
