Abstract

human has not only biological but also social nature, belongs to a certain society, enjoys certain rights guaranteed to it by the state. At the same time, it must adhere to those established in a particular society rules that make it possible to co-exist with others and to develop each of its members. Civil responsibility is not only binding on members of a particular society to the fulfillment of rules and duties, but also creates the conditions for self-realization of each citizen. Now in our state and the education system is happening rethinking the value foundations of society and its individual functioning institutes.
