Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of formation of health-saving competence of primary school pupils in modern conditions of education. Reveals the reasons for the deterioration of the health of schoolchildren. The article defines more precisely the essence of the concept «health-saving competence». The peculiarities of elementary school health lessons are outlined. Practical recommendations were given to teachers on this issue.
