Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of problems of using the system "Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science" as a means of IR-support of scientific activity. The content of the developed special course “Using the System“ Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science ”” for scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers is presented. The categories of students of the special course and the task of study are defined. The structure, the concept of training, educational-methodical, technical and resource support are presented. The content, forms, methods and means as components of the use of the services of the system "Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science" are defined. The organization of the educational process is based and implemented on the general didactic principles. The projected result of the special course realization is aimed at increasing the level of information and research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, which will contribute to the effective solution of professional problems through the use of the information-analytical system "Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science". The special program includes two semantic modules "Digital Science. Bibliometric and scientometric systems of open access "and" Bibliometrics of Ukrainian science ". The structure of credit credits of the special course is presented in the form of a table with the division of hours into lectures, seminars and practical classes, individual and individual work. The modular structure of the special course is designed for 28 hours: 8 lectures, 6 practical and seminar classes, 8 hours of independent work, 6 hours of individual work. Each topic of the content modules of the special course contains an assessment test. The developed special course can be used for scientists of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine; scientific and pedagogical staff; graduate students; doctoral students; applicants for scientific degrees in the field of pedagogical sciences; masters students of pedagogical specialties. Specialist course training can be delivered either in-person at the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine or other scientific institutions of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, or by distance or mixed form of training by developing a mass-based online course.
