Abstract

Video broadcasting systems play an important role in distance education in different directions, as they are able to convey visual information to the audience. At the beginning of designing a video broadcasting system, you need to understand a few important issues, both technical and organizational. First of all, it is necessary to determine what tasks the projected system will perform: whether it will be stationary, ie installed in one room; or mobile, that is, will be able to be transferred to another site. The technical issues include the following: what video quality standards are supported by the system; whether the computing power of the system elements is sufficient; what communication channels does the system use? These issues are closely linked and only their balanced solution will ensure the quality of the video broadcast system.
