Abstract

One of the most popular digital analytics systems is the free Google Analytics service, a monitoring tool for open-source electronic systems that performs the function of collecting, processing, storing, and submitting statistics on visits to various web resources. The following resources are monitored with the help of Google Analytics by the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine: "Electronic Library of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine", "Electronic Scientific Professional Edition" Information Technologies and Teaching Aids"». A statistical analysis of these web resources includes a number of key metrics: an overview of online resource visitors, their behavior on the site, user demographics, site visit technologies, mobile devices, traffic, and more. Google Analytics has many features that can help you refine a web property and increase its conversion based on user data. Google Analytics is constantly evolving, refining, updating and refining, providing universities and academia with powerful digital analytics tools for their web resources.
