Abstract
The monograph describes the historical and pedagogical factors of the formation of social partnership in the professional education in Austria and Germany in the end XX - beginner XXI centuries. The peculiarities of its implementation, which are caused by legislative support, are revealed. Organizational and pedagogical principles (dynamic updating of forms and methods of vocational training; dual system of professional training; diversification, practical and activity orientation of didactic provision) of professional training of service professionals in Austria and Germany in terms of social partnership are characterized. The perspective directions of building social partnership in professional education in Ukraine are outlined based on the analysis of the best samples of foreign experience. For researchers, graduate students, doctoral students, teachers and students of institutions of higher, professional higher, professional and vocational education.
