Abstract

The problem of providing Ukrainian schools with highly qualified teaching staff has not lost its relevance. One of the effective ways of providing schools for teachers is to carry out vocational guidance in order to identify pedagogically gifted students of secondary and high school, to provide them with appropriate conditions of study at a pedagogical university. Academic Ivan Zyazyun's scientific and pedagogical heritage is a benchmark for addressing personnel issues in the industry. Thus, guided by its pedagogical heritage, the University of the Future Teacher was created in the Kiev region, the purpose of the activity of which is to carry out systematic professional work with pedagogically gifted students of 8-11 grades through training in a correspondingly developed 4-year program, to create conditions for obtaining higher pedagogical education to provide personnel to the educational institutions of the region.
