Abstract

In the article, K.D. Ushynsky 's ideas regarding the school reform in the Russian Empire in the second half of the 50s - 60s of the l^h century are represented; Recommendations are given concerning the education reforming which is now also actual in Ukraine during modernization of the educational field.
