Abstract
Abstract. The peculiarities of creation of the curriculum of the course on the choice of "Biological systems" (10-11 grades) on the basis of competence-based approach are revealed; it is indicated that when designing the content of the course it was taken into account. Relevance, personal and social significance for students; examples of the results of mastering the content on the components of the subject biological competence and key competences are given.
