Abstract

The monograph is devoted to the presentation of the study results of personality self-designing discursive technologies, mastery of which can become an important resource in the process of a mature personality development, the most important prerequisite for its successful self-realization in a modern changing world. The possibility of considering this issue in the context of the psychological-hermeneutic post-nonclassical approach is substantiated. The cultural prerequisites of the discursive personality self-designing, the normative model of this process, as well as the personality traits of a human capable to self-designing are described. The features of using discursive self-designing technologies at various personality development age stages (in primary school, adolescence, adulthood and old age), as well as in crisis life circumstances associated with severe somatic illness, and Internet users are considered. The monograph is addressed to university teachers, practical psychologists, psychology researchers, and teachers, students, heads of organizations, graduate students.
