Abstract

In the process of scientific research, the stages of development of the ECC in the conditions of multicultural education in the EU countries are determined on the basis of study of the analysis of government documents, programs and informatization projects of the educational environment of the EU and the Council of Europe: informational and preparatory (1997-2000), infrastructure and provisioning (2001-2004) , pedagogical-communicative (2004-2006), project-provisioning (2007-2010), competence-oriented (2010 - 2013), project-activity (2014 - present time).
