Abstract

One of the priority directions of the State Program of Economic and Social Development of Ukraine for 2019 is to optimize the volume of training and retraining of personnel with higher education in the context of innovative development of the national economy; providing state support for training specialists in areas that stimulate the development of priority basic sectors of the economy in the "science-education-technology" format. In conditions of rapidly changing processes in the economy, which is the result of modern socio-economic transformations, the qualitative professional training of the heads of education becomes of increasing importance. To improve the economic competence of directors of secondary education institutions in order to increase the competitiveness of educational institutions against the background of low-tech education and ineffective management can be found in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. At present, the main forms of advanced training of senior and pedagogical staff in postgraduate pedagogical education institutions are full-time, part-time and distance learning. The distance-learning form of advanced training has the advantages at the present stage of development of postgraduate pedagogical education through the possibility of holding a long distance learning phase using information and digital technologies.
