Abstract

The thesis describes the vocational guidance function of the textbook of physics. Information on the use of physical knowledge in the production and everyday life, the world of professions and the role of physical knowledge for specialists of different specialties is an effective way of forming the polytechnic component of the subject competence of the students of the main school of physics.
