Abstract

Education policy at the local level occupies a prominent place in the process development of a modern democratic society and has its own specifics. For this purpose, we will define a system of concepts that are basic in the process of highlighting the process of creating educational policy at the local level: educational policy - urban self-government - actors in the process of creating educational policy at the local level - innovative approaches, principles and mechanisms for creating educational policy - the content of educational policy - Examination of the results of state and public administration in implementing educational policy in a small city.
