Abstract

The article describes the process of formation of the professional-practical competence (PPC) of future teachers of informatics in the conditions of a projected cloud oriented learning environment (COLE) in the study of discipline "Databases". It is determined that the main component for the design of COLE in the training of databases of future IT teachers is the cloud oriented system for distance learning (COSDL) Canvas. The list of abilities, which is included in the control panel of future teachers of informatics in conditions of COLE in the study of databases is presented, namely: the ability to use modern means of teaching; ability to use acquired knowledge, skills and abilities in ICT; the ability to use COSDL Canvas in professional activities for learning, communication and collaboration in order to complete a variety of training tasks, etc.
