Abstract

The author analyzes the problem of implementing an innovative model for the development of cultural-linguistic and moral and civic values of pupils. He states that the integrated approach in this process gives positive results. The author focuses on the fact that the basis of the cultural model of communicator behavior are cultural and linguistic values, the mastery of which provides the effectiveness of the communicative influence of the speaker on the addressee.
