Abstract

The author characterize the experience of organizing profile education in the gymnasium, and notes that in the institution of general secondary education, profile education, if considered in the context of personally oriented philosophy of education, should be aimed at ensuring the professional self-determination of upper secondary school pupils and their awareness of their needs for professional and personal self-realization as an important construct value-semantic sphere of personality.
