Abstract

The strategy of development of these cultural-educational institution is considered: its mission, strategic goals, innovations that have enabled to achieve professional and financial success. Familiarity with the vision of the future, the services, principles of fundraising and the search for sources of financing for London's colleagues may be useful for implementation new approaches to the activities of Ukrainian libraries.
