Abstract
The second issue of the series "Pedagogical Repartations" contains works by the People's Commissars of Education of the Ukrainian SSR Grigory Grin'ko and Oleksandr Shumsky, devoted to issues of educational development during one of the most complicated and most exhaustive periods in the history of Ukraine. These works were first published in 1920-1926 as well as in the well-known journals "Shliakh Osvity" ("The Way of Education") and "Riadianska osvita"/"Soviet Education", as well as to the almost unknown modern readers - "Student revoliutsii"/"Student of the Revolution" and "Proletarska osvita"/"Proletarian Education". The articles, speeches and documents included in the publication reflect different directions of G. Grinck and O. Shumsky's activities as people's commissars of education and will contribute to the development of an impartial objective view of this period of our history. The publication is addressed to scientists, post-graduate students, doctoral students, teachers of educational institutions, students and anyone interested in the history of Ukrainian education.
