Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of problems that have appeared into the socio-psychological dimension of modern Ukrainian society. It is shown that at the present time there is a rapid transition from society as a solidarity community, in which centripetal processes dominate, to society, which, due to the predominance of centrifugal processes, breaks up into separate communities. The author notes that the Ukrainian case of anomie has a number of reasons, namely: 1) the transition from totalitarianism to democracy, “exploded” with numerous political and economic crises, 2) the transition from industrial to post-industrial society, which changed the format of the industry functioning, 3) transition from unification of modern to postmodern with diversification and relativism. Social anomia is considered as a dysfunctional state of society, resulting from the disturbance of social exchange processes. The leading symptom of anomia is the destruction of solidarity as the main social value, which occurs as a result of the erosion of the system of moral and ethical evaluations and the formation of local orders of solidarity. For the first time, a definition of local order of solidarity is given as a system of special interdependencies and interrelations between members of a certain social integrity (community), based on the use of illegitimate habitualized practices. The socio-psychological characteristics of local orders of solidarity (ersatz elite, clans and infantile society namely) are described. It is shown that the emergence of local orders of solidarity has strong social consequences: slows down (or inhibits) the formation of social solidarity, makes it impossible to implement conventional social action in society, leads to the "curtailment" of social freedom for members of society. The author concludes that the disturbance of social exchange processes, the shadowing of social relations and the fragmentation of axiological attestations lead to the fact that a integrated order of solidarity disappears, and the consolidation of society, mutual trust and open dialogue become impossible. These reasons provoke increasing of social tension.
