Abstract
This article represents the experience of the Cherkasy secondary school №15 in implementation of profile education of senior students and creation of individual educational trajectories of multi –profile school pupils. It describes the components of the structurally-functional model of organization of the educational process, which basis is determined by specially created ramified system of dynamic students groups and elective courses, which helps students to fulfil their personal educational needs.
