Abstract

The quality of education as the basis of ensuring social and humanitarian development and economic growth, competitiveness of the country and strengthening of its scientific and intellectual potential is grounded. The effectiveness of the public educational policy on the basis of assessments of the World Economic Forum, the index of human development and other international ratings is analyzed. The ineffectiveness of the mechanisms for implementing the public policy of education quality ensuring is proved.
