Abstract

At the present stage, the ideas of humanization and democratization continue to progress in education. Romanian scholars define the humanization of education as ensuring the free development of the individual, assigning the student the role of an actor in his own education, which requires adjustment of education from two points of view: ensuring compliance with the characteristics of graduates in accordance with the standards of training (control) and ensuring the adaptation of educational activities to the characteristics of students (facilitating learning).
