Abstract
Phenomena «electronic educational resources» (EER), which united almost all possible applications of electronic computing and information technology (IT) in the teaching, has necessitated the development of state-level regulations, in particular — from an electronic publications to electronic laboratory works. Analysis results of the genesis of the concept of «information technology training» in connection with the development of information technology, the concept of education, technology and training tools briefly presented. Basic attention must be attempted, foremost EER, that is used presently in the most widespread form of organization of educating is a class and lesson. In the context of researching of EER properties examined from the point of view of accordance to the didactics requirements to facilities of studies, based on principles of didactics and some general propositions make.
