Abstract

The article defines the conceptual foundations for constructing a list of the secondary education quality indicators. The basic technological requirements for the indicators of quality of general secondary education as the tools for realization of analytical and forecasting and analytical activity on providing and managing the quality of education at the appropriate level of management are substantiated. The basic principles of selection of these indicators are formulated. Their compliance provides the opportunity to obtain an effective tool for collecting the necessary statistical information about the achieved of secondary education quality.
