Abstract

Different types of readiness of the participants of the educational process to the state final attestation (psychological, methodical, organizational, legal, social and technological) are determined, and their essence is substantiated. The importance of public readiness as the ability of society to perceive a new form of state final certification as innovation or reform is emphasized. It is proved that each of these structural components of readiness of participants in the state final certification in the form of external independent evaluation is disclosed through a number of properties and personality characteristics of a person. It is noted that each of these properties and characteristics can be developed and subjected to correction by means of appropriate techniques, trainings and self-education.
