Abstract
In the article on the basis of foreign and domestic research data traced the link between level of education and health indicators. It carried out a content analysis of the Minsk Declaration "Coverage of all stages of life in the context of the Health 2020 policy" from a position of considering the role of the educational component. The reasons of inefficiency of the education policy in Ukraine in matters of impact on improving health outcomes and life expectancy.
