Abstract

The article considers the problem of using the textbook of the Ukrainian language as a means of forming the civic responsibility of the applicants of education. It is substantiated that the effective formation of civil responsibility is facilitated by the process of solving specially selected tasks, the continuity of formation of subject and key competencies among students, thus creating the optimal conditions for the acquisition of democratic values, readiness for critical entry into the society and development of civil responsibility. The peculiarities of the implementation of the cross-cutting line of key competencies "Civil Liability" are shown on the basis of the corresponding tasks, which are part of the integrated didactic system of the textbook.
