Abstract

State documents (the National Doctrine of the Development of Education in Ukraine in the 21st Century, the National Program “Children of Ukraine”, etc.) note that for persons with special educational needs, it is necessary to update the content of special education, develop and introduce new approaches, methods of teaching and education, who would maximally meet the needs and possibilities of development of each child, contributed to the disclosure of mental and speech abilities, abilities; priority is determined to ensure optimal conditions for maximum realization of personal potential (N.
