Abstract
The theoretical-methodological analysis of world perception in the conditions of informational saturation as a factor of the children's and youth's creative thinking development is made. The peculiarities of world image as a dynamic informational system constructing strategies' functioning, the displays of informational systems' creative construction perceptive-mental strategies in cognitive-constructive activity of senior preschoolers, in the constructive activity of juniour pupils, in scientific-technical and artistic activity of senior pupils, in the artistic activity of students are revealed. The correcting-developmental program of creative thinking basing on the system KARUS with the purpose of psychological readiness for creative work formation is developed.
