Abstract
The monograph formulated the methodological foundations of formation design and technological competence of students of a comprehensive school. The modern conceptual-terminological apparatus from the educational system is offered the subject of "Technology" for students of the main school.The method of formation of basic concepts from design and production technologies is singled out. Considerable attention is paid to the concept of technical and artistic design, aimed at the cultural self-realization of students. A separate unit is devoted to the concept of "design", the disclosure of its content and structure. The method of formation of economic concepts, the authors associate with activization of business activity of primary school pupils.Practical experience of selection and conclusion of the conceptual terminology device of the teaching-methodical set of technologies, samples of registration of students' projects is offered. The monograph is offered to specialists in technology, doctorates, postgraduate students, future technology teachers of a secondary school.
