Abstract

Social-pedagogical partnership in the conditions of small cities is defined as a new form of relations for a democratic model of governance (the association of educational organizations for the achievement of common goals, the mechanism of management during changes in the role of the state, the type of relations between the ZSO and the external environment), which is based on the dialogic relationships of the partners, ensures their unity, harmonization of social and pedagogical structures and elaboration of an educational strategy in the development of ZSO, which promotes the integration of interests of different social groups in a single socio-cultural space of a small city.
