Abstract

The article analyzes the information and communication competence of the head of the institution of general secondary education in the conditions of organization of distance learning. The scientific-practical approaches to the choice of the platform of organization of distance learning are generalized. The expediency of introduction and organization of distance learning in modern educational conditions in Ukraine is substantiated. It is pointed out the importance of ensuring the effective improvement of the skills of heads of institutions of general secondary education in order to develop information and communication competence.
