Abstract
The article deals with the relationship between the features of the formation of modern technological content of education of secondary school pupils and the characteristics of the organizational type of design and technological culture. The article is to determine the fundamental provisions, structure, mechanisms and fundamental concepts of forming cultural and creative content of technological education. Presented in the paper model of educational field "Technology" demonstrates the dynamic integrity categories of "culture-education", which allows to create the right conditions for creativity of each pupil. The article singled out effective part of the learning process technologies, filed branch structure (subject)of design and technological competence , its active, personal and social components. Design and technology culture in the school environment is seen as a form of learning, a way to realize the creative potential of each pupil, aimed at motivated transformation of reality, characterized by unity process objectification, ie the acquisition of personal educational experience while creating personally and socially relevant educational products and deobjectification ie appropriation of cultural, historical and social experience of mankind based on mastery of design operations, technology, reflection. The article is of interest to researchers and practitioners who design and implement the content of technological education. Reveals the need for investigation of ways to measure the quality of a productive component of technology learning process.
