Abstract
The monograph "Economic Relations in the System of Higher Education: Modernization in the Conditions of an Innovative Economy" (NRP 2015-2017 gg.) Explores economic relations in the sphere of higher education of Ukraine that arise among all subjects of production, exchange, consumption and distribution of services Higher education (the product of higher education is an identical notion), where "Education" as a type of economic activity is equal among 21 types of economic activity involved in the production of gross domestic product (GDP) - the most commonly used indicator of economic outcomes the country's activity. Based on the provisions of neo-institutionalism and the System of National Accounts 2008 (SNA 2008), it is proposed to introduce the New Model of Economic Activities in the Field of Higher Education of Ukraine (NMEDVO), which would satisfy the economic interests of the main subjects of economic relations in the field of higher education: higher education graduates - higher education; institutions of higher education - producers and providers of higher education services; bodies of state power and local self-government, corporations, public organizations, individuals - customers for the production and provision of higher education services.
