Abstract
The article analyzes the structure of staffing quality assurance as an integral part of the internal quality assurance system for educational activities of a medical educational institution. Emphasize the necessity of improving the procedure forming staffing the institution by means of annual rating of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers activity in the following directions: learning and teaching, scientific, educational, organizational activity; conducting a semester sociological survey of students; passing the certification by pedagogical workers.
