Abstract

The thesis discusses the problem of formation of psychological readiness of students of vocational (vocational) educational institutions before choosing and implementing a professional career. The structural components of the psychological readiness of the students of vocational (vocational) educational institutions to the selection and implementation of professional careers are assessed: assessment-orientation, emotional-volitional and motivational-value. The psychological and pedagogical conditions of formation of psychological readiness of students of vocational (vocational) educational institutions for the selection and implementation of professional careers in professional training are determined.
