Abstract
The monograph is devoted to the actual topic of use of information and communication technologies and electronic social networks in the educational process of the secondary school. The results of scientific and research work of the team of authors on solving the current psychological and pedagogical problems of designing the information and educational environment (IEI) learning; different models of use of electronic social networks in senior students' education, the development of individual elements of computer-oriented methodological systems, educational process results evaluation in the open IEI of students' training and the critical question of users’ safety on the Internet, formation and development of information and communication competencies of all participants of the educational process are presented in the publication.
