Abstract

The author of the article reveals the essential content, the main mechanisms, the causes of the development of mobing and bullying in and outside the school environment, typological personal and social characteristics of the buffers and their victims: focuses on positive international and national experience in the development of prevention methods: actualizing the problem of the adequacy of terminology to determine the phenomenon baiting.
