Abstract

The research project "The system of scientific-organizational and technological support for the development of the network of electronic libraries of institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" was completed. The purpose of the research: to substantiate the organizational and pedagogical conditions, to design and develop a system of technological support for the creation of the network of electronic libraries by the scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Designation of the Research Laboratory: development and implementation of the central server of the network of electronic libraries with a single access point to the virtual electronic libraries of the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. A single scientific information space for electronic libraries of the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was created, which includes a network of electronic libraries, a network of electronic libraries in the scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for informational support of scientific research, and free access to electronic library resources of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Object of research - the process of scientific activity in the field of pedagogical sciences with the use of scientific electronic library systems. The subject of research is the scientific-organizational and technological support of the development of the network of electronic libraries of the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Methods of research - analysis of psychological and pedagogical, methodological literature and regulatory documents on the research problem, systematic approach to the selection of information, identification of trends, comparative methods, generalization of positive experience in the use of networks of electronic libraries on the basis of general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. The main results of the study: the domestic and foreign experience of the development and use of networks of electronic library systems has been analyzed; the concept of the network of electronic libraries of the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has been theoretically substantiated and developed. The model of the electronic library of the institution as a component of the network of electronic libraries of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the organizational and pedagogical preconditions of the network electronic libraries of the institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, guidelines for creation and use are developed ing electronic library establishments NAPS Ukraine project prototype hardware and software server and implemented its experimental implementation; the results of the study are summarized and formalized.
