Abstract

The article deals with the essence and the structure of professional readiness to work in extreme conditions future internal affairs’ officials. Revealed the concept of "extreme working conditions" in the activities of future law enforcement officials and personal factors of future law enforcement officials in extreme situations. Analyzed the influence of extreme conditions on the individuality of law enforcement officials and the quality of their professional functions. Determined the behavior of law enforcement officials in extreme conditions: basic human needs, motivation, psychological resilience, personal stability, physical readiness, fast reaction, creativity. All this should be part of readiness of the future law enforcement officials to work in extreme conditions as an integrated personality trait. Determined the structure of professional readiness of the future law enforcement officials: motivational, orientation, personal, emotional and volitional, informative (cognitive), operational, control and evolutional components.
