Abstract

The article deals with the questions of forming the competence of a future specialist. Modern educator needs to be competent, intellectually, morally and spiritually developed personality, independent and responsible, capable of critical analysis of the achievements of pedagogical theory and practice and their modernization in accordance with the needs of the present. A competent specialist is capable of creative and flexible application of his knowledge, skills and abilities in the conditions of change of field of his professional activity.
