Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the professional competence of senior staff in institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education. It is established that the quality of professional education, the level of competence and competitiveness of senior staff is conditioned by the effective activity of scientific and pedagogical personnel of the institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education.
