Abstract
The author proceeds from the fact that today vocational education should give the specialist not only the amount of knowledge, but a set of competencies that would ensure the readiness for work in a dynamic economic environment, sensibly perceive and critically evaluate social and economic processes, predict their development, adapt in them, and ideally, influence these processes. In the training of a specialist the focus is on the development of his personality and professional culture in order to significantly facilitate the process of adaptation in a professional environment.
